Our company deploys state-of-the-art IP enabled surveillance systems with central monitoring capability and canine protection to augment skilled personnel at strategically important locations, in its Security function. We are looking for a suitably qualified person below 45yrs of age with at least 10yrs of relevant experience to take full functional responsibility.

Applicants should be competent in all aspects of surveillance and security to professionally discharge the responsibilities. The following skills are necessary.

* making recommendations on all matters concerning safety, security and surveillance of the Company’s plants, buildings, materials and other properties and effectively implementing approved strategies
* inquiring as necessary into security breaches such as thefts, deceit, misconduct, etc., reporting upon them and taking appropriate action, liaising with the police and any other relevant authorities where necessary
* maintaining sound relations with external institutions such as Police Department, the Fire department and other such authorities and agencies
* conducting risk appraisals, monitoring and evaluating external threats and adopting preventive measures

Preference will be given to candidates who have been in the Police Department or the security forces, with familiarity on electronic surveillance systems being distinctly advantageous. The person selected should be prepared to periodically visit our facilities and installations island-wide and manage security personnel consisting of company’s own personnel and others who are hired. Capacity to work independently in an electronically networked and integrated system environment is necessary to function with efficiency.
