* An University Degree or Diploma
* Working experience which shows you have applied your technical knowledge in the field
* Industry Certifications (as outlined below ) that show you have passed the required examinations
* Pleasant personality

* An appetite to keep abreast of the latest changes in the industry

* CISCO/My SQL/PHP/Star Office /Ubuntu Instructors with relevant certifications
* UNIX/LINUX Certified Instructors with relevant certifications
* Oracle Certified Instructors with one of more of the following certifications ( OCA /OCP )
* JAVA Certified Instructors with one of more of the following certifications ( Java SCJP / SCWCD /SCBCD)
* PMP ( Project Management Professional
