The Challenge:
The candidate will manage the Informatics Group’s business in the Banking and Finance sector. The ideal candidate would have a strong grasp of the local Banking and Finance Sector and their challenges and requirements and should be able to successfully lead and motivate a team of young and dedicated individuals. The candidate would be expected to drive the business in the Banking and Finance Sector, prepare and establish business plans, budgets and targets in consultation with the Board of Directors and the implementation of those business plans to achieve targets. The candidate would directly liaise with the Principals and would be reporting to the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
The selected candidate should have the sales and marketing excellence to achieve targets and the set objectives. While having a technical background would be ideal, this is not a compulsory requirement. The position also carries responsibility for human resource management within the team as well.
The candidate’s initiative and the drive to be successful in a fast growing organization and long-term commitment to the company will be some of the key factors considered.
