Main Responsibilities:
Ensure Operation and Maintenance of IN nodes and VAS services
Ensure the corrective and preventive maintenance of IS/VAS Nodes
Ensure the IN and Operation and Maintenance net work availability targets are met before the dead lines
Ensure process compliance for IN processes
Coordination with internal customers for smooth operation of IN Nodes
Provide Resolutions for subscriber complaints and root cause analysis
Perform Report generation from IN system as per customer requirements
Perform Business configurations and planning work on IN
Implementation of new IN products and testing of the same
Implementation of new schemes/tariff for IN as per the customer requirements
Minimum Qualification and Experience
Sound knowledge of GSM, GPRS and prepaid billing systems
Technical Expertise and trouble shooting skills
Sound knowledge in UNIX and Data Base (DB) environment
Telecommunication knowledge specific to IN (eg.CSI, CAMEL, SS7 Protocols, IN Nodes involved in prepaid voice call and SMS)
Experience in N/W operation and maintenance function (O& M) Intelligence Network (IN) function of GSM mobile networks
1-2 years of experience in Intelligence Network (IN) Operation and Maintenance (O&M) function
An Engineering Degree in Telecommunication
