Job Description
To design, organize and conduct training programmes, seminars and workshops for the Plantation Sector personnel in the field of Accounting & Financial Management and liaise with Plantation companies to identify their training needs and upgrade the syllabuses of relevant courses accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience
1. B.Com/ B.Sc. Degree in Commerce/ Management/ Business/ Public Administration from a recognized University or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute.
With
5 years post qualifying experience in the relevant field.
Or
Professionally qualified Accountants or MBA holders from a recognized Educational Institute with 3 years experience in the relevant filed.
2. Should possess good communication skills and computer literacy
Salary
MM 1-1 of DMS 30
Rs.25640 – 665x3 – 735x7 – 925x15 – 46655 P.M.
Plus government approved allowances.

Through an interview conducted by professionals in the relevant field.
