JOB OVERVIEW
You will have the opportunity to manage project/s both locally and internationally from end-to–end and be directly responsible for projects deliverables. You will manage a team by planning their work to meet project deadlines as well as establish priorities to accommodate all project stakeholders’ needs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling of software projects.
* Managing and developing in-house and remote development teams.
* Developing project budgets, managing and monitoring project expenditure.
* Working with customers to understand customer requirements and working with development teams to work out best possible solutions.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
* A relevant degree from a recognized university. MBA / MSc is an added advantage.
* 5-7 years of project management experience with 3 years in IT industry.
* Experience in program planning and strategic planning.
* Knowledge in Java, J2EE, MySQL, Oracle and open source environment.
SKILLS & PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
* Dynamic, self- motivated individual with can-do attitude and an outgoing personality.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary is negotiable depend on the qualifications and experience.
