· Degree or Diploma from recognized institutions (IMS, CITI, and GIMI) with a minimum of five years of practical experience in the garment industry in the applied position.
· Knowledge of Work Measurement, Method Improvement, Workplace Arrangement, Layout Costing and Method Analysis is a must.
· Should be a result- oriented individual with a good command of English.
· Should be computer literate.
