1. full/ part qualification in banking or from a recognized professional body
2. minimum of 5yrs Retail Banking experience with exposure to branch operation including credit
3. selected candidate should posses experience and knowledge in all branch banking operations and will overlook all operational functions of the branch
4. Required to build up a sound client base and maintain excellence relationships with clients. Be an excellent team player, a dynamic self starter with excellent communication skills, the ability to multi task and work under pressure
5. accountable for adherence to the bank’s policies as well as CBSL regulatory and compliance frame work
