Job Profile:
Responsible for,
1. designing, planning and implementing study programs
2. building and maintaining relationships with lecturers/ resource personnel/ students
3. organizing and conducting seminars and workshops
4. formulating and implementing a marketing plan
Personal profile:
1. the National diploma in HRM/ PQHRM (full) of IPM Sri Lanka or degree from a recognized university or equivalent full professional qualification
2. should have at least 5yrs executive/ managerial experience in a similar capacity
3. be a team player and an effective leader of a team and be capable of unearthing talents of staff and motivating them to excel in their different roles
4. should possess an analytical mind with an academic orientation
5. proven flair for marketing would be a definite asset
SALARY: negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
