We manufacture Pallet Nets, Bellyhold nets, Maindeck Barner Nets, Tiedown Straps, Smoke Curtains, Helicopter Underslung Lifting Equipment (HUSLE), lightweight torpedo recovery system (LTRS), camoufluag and more.

Employment opportunities are available at our facility in Sri Lanka for engineering graduates in either aerospace or mechanical engineering.

Key tasks:
1. To undertake design work in accordance with the parameters set out by the engineering manager and team leaders. this will include testing, analysis and compilation or documentation to satisfy various project needs
2. project/ time management and setting up regular design review for ongoing projects
3. to support prototype manufacture and full scale trials
4. To continually improve your engineering capabilities by means of studying technical journals, attending exhibitions, visiting customers, attending courses etc.

Experience and skills required:
1. minimum of a bachelor’s degree in aerospace/ mechanical engineering or equivalent
2. Computer literacy is essential
3. experience in FEA and CAD is desirable
4. the ability to easily exchange information and ideas on project/ business-related matters both orally and in writing in English language
5. be a team oriented person who will build effective relationships with colleagues at all levels in the business
6. the ability to cope with changing work demands and be reliable and steady under pressure
7. have above average numeric skills and be able to understand complex formulate
8. ability to plan activities and schedule work in a timely manner to meet customer requirements
9. Make accurate judgments. recommendations to improve productivity within the area of responsibility
