Pre-requisites
Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
4+ years experience in the design, development and deployment of real-time, scalable solutions. Involvement in large scale projects, while interacting with stakeholders at the senior capacity.
2+ years experience as a designer on JEE would be an advantage.
Technical Skills required:
JEE (EJB, JMS, Web Services, Servlet/JSP and JSF) including open source stack, database design (especially oracle), Hibernate, Spring, Eclipse IDE, Maven 2, Ant, CVS, JBOSS, Rational Rose and Magic Draw. Excellent communication, documentation and inter-personnel skills are of utmost importance.
Responsibilities
· Assisting with or leading systems analyses, project estimations and costing
· Requirement elicitation, analysis, designing, testing and evaluating the systems functionality to ensure successful integration
· Produce design artifacts.
· Mentoring and guiding team members
· Adopt new technologies and adhere to best practices to achieve team-oriented growth
· Deliver high quality service encounters to a global clientele
