Counsellors
You will be responsible to counsel the operators / staff level employees whilst addressing & providing effective guidance in order to resolve their problems and addressing the management with regards to any areas of attention or focus.
The opportunities will be available to service the following localities:
· Embilipitya / Biyagama / Avissawella
· Mahiyanganaya / Kandy
Qualifications & Experience;
· Degree / Diploma in Counselling
· At least 2 years experience in a similar role (experience in the apparel industry will be an added advantage)
· Good communication skills in English & Sinhala
· Computer literacy
· Should be willing to be based outstation/travel extensively
