Position - Receptionist - Loadstar - Ja-ela

Duties and Responsibilities

* Ensure all calls to the Company’s main switch are answered in a prompt, professional and helpful manner - respond to queries and transfer calls as appropriate.
* Manage diary of board and meeting room bookings, ensure rooms are set-up appropriately in advance of meetings etc.
* Ensure all visitors are welcomed in a warm, professional manner and that necessary preparations as outlined in Company procedures – e.g. room bookings, host notification etc. are attended too.
* Attend to daily front desk related duties.
* Receive, open, sort, date and distribute mail to staff daily.
* Coordinate and arrange accommodation/meeting facilities for all expatriates.
* Perform miscellaneous administrative activities

Experience and Qualifications
* G. C. E. Advanced Levels with minimum 1-2 years working experience in similar roles.
* Experience in MS office application packages.
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
* Ability to manage switchboard etc.
* Pleasant personality with very good interpersonal skills.
* Excellent Time Management Skills
* Enthusiastic, positive attitude
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High degree of professionalism and integrity
