Requirements:
* At least one year experience as a JAVA programmer.
* Good knowledge in OOP, Design Patterns and Web Concepts
* Good knowledge in JSP, Struts, Ajax, Servlets, JBoss, EJB3, SOAP/XML, Axis,
* Sound Knowledge in SQL preferably with exposure to MySQL
* Familiar with Unix/Linux environment
* Proactive approach in problem solving, accuracy, innovative approach to projects
* Able to work under pressure
* Knowledge in UML would be an advantage
* Good command in English language for communication as well as documentation purposes
