Berendina Stichting, an independent charitable Foundation based in the Netherlands initiated the Berendina Group in Sri Lanka. The organization consists of Berendina Development Services (Gte) Ltd and Berendina Microfinance Institute (Gte) Ltd. Berendina Group is a partnership of people who are working to create a better World for poor and other vulnerable groups of the community. We focus both on economically active as well as more vulnerable inactive poor. For over 15 yrs we have been helping underprivileged families in Yatiyantota (Kegalle), Bulathkohupitiya (Kegalle), Ambagamuwa (Nuwara Eliya) and Thirappane (Anuradhapura) divisions.
Job profile:
To assist the manager to implement the activities pertaining to Agronomy, Horticulture, Animal husbandry, Agro processing and Marketing
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Degree in Human resource management, business management or Agriculture.
2. Experience is not essential
Other Requirements
1. Fluent in Tamil and Sinhala
2. Preferred age below 30 yrs
3. Willing to stay in Nuwara-Eliya town
Salary: negotiable
