The Presentation Associate creates and produces PowerPoint presentations using cross platform applications and equipment. The Presentation Associate is responsible for remaining abreast of technological advances in the areas of multimedia production, using technical expertise, maintaining artistic standards set by the Creative Director and carrying these through in various media.

§ Works with other designers to design and produce all PowerPoint presentations and related projects within guidelines set by the Creative Director.
§ Follows established department protocols and process.

§ Creates parallel hard copy samples for use with individual areas of the company.
§ Follows established on-line job code/filing system for all work produced.
§ Demonstrate familiarity in PowerPoint.
§ Ensure quality control by checking page proofs to insure all comments and changes are made, and that style standards are adhered to before jobs leave the team.
§ Demonstrates ability to import text and data from external applications such as Word and Excel and to create data-driven charts and graphs for use in presentations.

§ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
§ Experience using desktop publishing software (either Quark Xpress or Adobe InDesign) desirable but not required.
§ Experience using Photoshop for image manipulation desirable but not required.
§ Experience with scanning, illustration, slide creation and image manipulation to support presentation design desirable but not required.
§ Good interpersonal communication skills.
§ Strong command of both written and spoken English.
§ Strong attention to detail under pressure and ability to meet deadlines.
§ Structured, systematic working style.
§ Able to work as part of a team.
§ Positive attitude and keen to learn.
